Rafael Palmeiro, a potential Hall of Famer with all kinds of accomplishments to his name, got busted for using banned substances. But he still denies it.

``I have never used steroids. Period."

Well, how do you explain that you tested positive?

``As I look back, I don't have a specific answer to give. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to explain to the arbitrator how the banned substance entered my body."
