It's often used interchangeably with the term ur
. Technically though there is a difference between the two. ur
is a shortening of "your", as in "I see your dictionary is still in the shrink-wrap sir".

a) U'RE is a lousy abbreviation for YOUR, as they're both 4 characters long;
b) U'RE would more likely stand for YOU ARE; YOUR and YOU ARE are two different things.
