adjective : describing someone so oddly attractive to you, you are unable to delete them from your Facebook no matter how offensive or boring they may be, you find them irresistible
or they are just so awesome you can not imagine your Facebook life without them, either way they are undeleteable!

That girl is so annoying yet ,I find her undeleteable. Its like I have to know what stupid thing she will say next!

undetectable equals untransmittable 

The USA's national health protection agency, known as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on September 27, 2017, officially released the historic report stating "When ART results in viral suppression, defined as less than 200 copies/ml or undetectable levels, it prevents sexual HIV transmission." -Eugene McCray, MD CDC

This news is the motivator for the now commonly used term, Undetectable Equals Untransmittable.

So undetectable equals untransmittable means that if your HIV viral count is undetectable, then essentially you're not a risk to pass the infection to another.

Undetectable Poz 

Any person with Hiv who has been adhering to their antivirals and making healthy life choices. Generally if the CD4 count is <20 then this is the threshold for diagnosis. Undetectable people have virtually frozen the replication of the virus and can lead long healthy lives. In fact the CDC has stated that individuals with a low viral count will live just as long as their HIV-negative neighbors. With the progression of newer medication this will only improve the condition further.

Dr: "Your labs are back and im happy to say you are undetectable poz."
Patient: " Oh thank God! Wait what does that mean?
Dr: "As long as you maintain your regimen and continue to lead a reasonable healthy lifestyle, you will have a long fulfilled life."
Patient starting to cry: " Fuck, I needed to hear that.:
