I. What is this? This guide is designed to give you a better understanding of what a noob is, how to recognize them, some details about them, and how to avoid or get rid of them. It mostly applies to online forums, which are the main targets of migrating noobs. II. Defining 'Noob' Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. Noobs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed. Noobs are often referred to as n00bs as a sign of disrespect toward them, and it's often hella funny, but I will refer to them as noobs during this reading. * Usually the topic at hand on an internet forum. Top B. COMMON NOOB CHARACTERISTICS I. Noobish Often, but not always, noobs will attempt to communicate in their own primitive language, known as noobish. It is a variant of the hacker language that exposes them as having little intelligence or will to learn. Here is an example of some noobish. Do not attempt to comprehend it: it cannot be discerned without professionals at hand. stFU //an, i r teh ... |

a common misconception for the sport of mixed martial arts as the front runner is the ultimate fighting championchips this term came about when the ultimate fighter series aired causing many people who dont know about the sport to call the sport as a whole ultimate fighting when its really mixed martial arts. this is an easy way to tell who knows about the sport and who is a "tuf noob" a common way to tell is someone who wears tapout from hottopic and refers to fighters by their nicknames and calls them ultimate fighters jim-dude did you see the ultimate fighting last night iceman lidell got knocked out by rampage jackson it was sick
tyler-wow your idiot its called mixed martial arts and chuck leaves his hands around his waist jim-are you sure i think its called ultimate fighting tyler- wow you really are a tuf noob |

| 7. | TUF noob | ||
|
Any over zealous person who started watching Mixed Martial arts after the reality show "The Ultimate fighter" started airing. A TUF noob can be identified by his TapouT shirt. No real MMA fan wears the obnoxious and overpriced brand unless they are sponsored by them. They also refer to MMA as "Ultimate fighting." They also like to lie to people saying they "train UFC." That's like a football player who says he "trains NFL." A TUF noob has no formal training and while watching an event likes to scream what to do at trained MMA athletes who put a lot of hard work to get where they are. TUF noobs usually walk around like they have phone books under their armpits even if they don't have any muscle definition. Most TUF noobs cannot appreciate the aspect of ground fighting and thinks transitioning from positions and chaining submission attempts requires no skill. They just want to see hands being thrown but do not change the channel to watch boxing. TUF noobs like to start shit in bars, and usually gets in fights with other TUF noobs. Sometimes they pick on the wrong person who is minding their own business but actually trains and is knocked out or choked unconscious until they piss their pants. more...
