Granted if a settlement has no lesser than 3 thousand people 1.5 thousand in northern regions, has ongoing infrastructure works school, hospital, apartment blocs, cultural institutions and no less than 85% of the settlement's population are employed in non-agricultural positions. Most commonly shortened into CTT.

In the scanlation process, the staff who take the translated text and place them in the empty "cleaned" speech bubble using Photoshop or other programs.

The scanlation process requires raw provider, translator, editor (broken down into cleaner and typesetter) and the quality checker.

I love that manga so much i applied to the typesetter position in that scanlation group!

Typesetting example. Youre ready to publish a good, the contents are good but if you print it straight away, it won't sell well with the audience, why? Cause it doesn't look good, before printing you need to ensure it looks good.
