One who constantly mentions celebrities, and other well known figures, in their tweets in hopes of getting mentioned, or retweeted, by them. Jennie is defiantly turning into a Twitter Groupie for The Jonas Brothers. This week alone she has tweeted to Joe 15 times, Nick 8 times, and Kevin 12 times.
