Reminiscent of a speed freak (aka: the tweeker) it is one who's OCD about memorializing everything they do at any given moment on Twitter; that is, one who tweets incessantly, constantly and/or needlessly.

(phone rings)
Candy: Hello?

Sam: Hey, babe! It's me. Just callin' to see what you're doing tonight. Wanna go out?

Candy: Wait a sec...(tweets this call)...check me out on Twitter. I just twatted you (giggles).

Sam: Uhhh...I'm driving right now...I'm not at a computer.

Candy: Oh that's ok. Check it out when you get home. Seeya (CLICK).

Sam: What the f...?! I gotta dump that Goddamn, tweetfreak!

1) A condition resulting in tweeting frequent, short bursts of the most minute daily activities. 2) The collection of tweets from a group of people about the same event, resulting in highly repetitive clumps of observations.

1) Oh, I had to unfollow her, she had a bad case of twitterhea flooding my iPhone.


2) since I wont physically be at #railsconf this year, i'll attend virtually by lurking in the irc channel and consuming the twitterhea all day.

A Twitter condition afflicting Twitter user that feels compelled to tweet constantly, about every meaningless thing they are doing.

Basically anyone with more updates than followers. Some would go so far as to qualify anyone who tweets more than 6 times per day as someone suffering from Twitterhea. There's no way your life is that interesting!

tweethead 

1. A word that can be to describe certain people on twitter. People who tweet stupid, uninteresting mundain things. Similar to the meaning of:

-being a twit
-being a d*ckhead

or

2. A person who is addicted to Twitter, and twittering. Diehard twitters.

She can't even stop twittering to use the restroom or eat...tweets in her sleep. She is aciting like such a tweethead.
