Noun. used to describe a bowl (or plate) of macaroni and cheese that is being consumed in the presence of a huge turd. Often, the turd will try to deny all allegations in attempt to refute turdaroni-and-cheese claims, but you'll know. Mickey: "I'm sooo hungry!"
