Charismatic rapper and actor. Murdered at the age of 25 in Las Vegas in a drive by shooting.
Professor of Communications Murray Forman, of Northeastern University described Tupac as a "prolific artist" who was "driven by a terrible sense of urgency" in a quest to "unify mind, body, and spirit. "
"Ask a rapper with a good image a $1000 or $100; He wouldn't give it to you. Ask Tupac for a $100 or a $1000 and it was his last $1000 Boom! You got it! And that separates him from basically the majority of other people in his field.." Mike Tyson on the heart of Tupac Shakur

Tupocracy: The word Tupocracy is generated from the Greek word 'Tupos' which means, an example to be imitated.
Tupocracy therefore is a system of government involving people who lead by positive example based on integrity, transparency, patriotism and godly character which is worthy of emulation by followers. Compared with democracy, Oligarchy, bureaucracy, monarchical system of governance where a character is often not the basis for governance and administration, tupocracy exercises its power more in an image reflection and imitation style of ruling. Tupocracy as a word was first mentioned in 2007 by Godwin Amaowoh
The government of the day exhibits the exemplary features of tupocracy.
What are the principles of tupocracy?
A person who demonstrates tupocracy is tupocratic.
The definitive rapper, and in my opinion the definitive hero. Tupac's was one of the most beautiful souls ever to grace this planet. Everything he touched was art, he practically made the genre of gangsta rap, was a true genius and an extremely good man at heart. Complicated as he was, he fought and rapped for what he believed in and with an unsurpassed level of emotion. He's an icon and a legend to the growing society of African- Americans and anybody else who looks up to him. His legacy will unsurpassed by any before and afer him and no matter what the hell any of you think, and no matter what the hell happens Tupac will always THE hero and role model for me.
