Torchwood

Torchwood is a spin-off of Doctor Who. It is sorta like CSI: Cardiff only with alien technology. More adult than Doctor Who, it airs on Sundays, 10pm BBC3. Also similiar to the X-Files.

2. The act of burning one's penis, frequently occuring where naked men cook their meals on open flames (are pork products in these locations so scarce?).

The torchwood affair only lasted a few minutes but left him burning from desire.

Usually used as a synonym of "not the sharpest tool in the shed," this came to be when someone used the word 'tooth', then 'worse' and fumbled it up.
