A phrase used to describe somebody to good looking to be pure, a virgin, or a good girl/guy in any way. Demons are known to be seductive in a beautiful and decisive way. Angels, on the other hand, are pure, elegant, virtuous, and beautiful in a simplistic way.
so basically when saying "Damn he is just to hot to be an Angel," you are saying he is to hot to be good.
"You are simply to hot to be an Angel, babe."
"Sherlock Holmes may be on the side of Angels, but don't think for a second that he is one of them. I mean- he's just to hot to be an Angel!"
