A strange phenomenon in which the following occurs:-
Man A: Boy the road sure is clear today I believe I shall cross it *A huge line of cars suddenly appears from no-where and starts to drive in front of the man* -3 hours later- Man A: I am still waiting for the right moment to cross the road safely. Taken from a particular Pink Panther episode where the panther puts his toe on the road and cars appear from nowhere Oh man, I was trying to cross the road but the Pink Panther Effect stopped me
