To change from the far most left lane of the interstate, to the far most right lane at a high rate of speed, in an attempt to make the exit. Typically occurs on Texas Interstates such as I-45, I-10, etc.
“Whoa bro, watch out this guys doing 95 to try and make the exit!” “Damn, he almost hit me doing that Texas lane change!”
