Meaningless parlor game created in Victorian 1890's England in which the objective is to shoot "winks" into a cup. Commonly used today to disparagingly call something trivial and unimportant.

Guy2: Nah I'm off to play some tackle football, but you can call me when you're done playing tiddlywinks.

A game in which contestants race each other pants around their ankles, holding a quarter squeezed gently between their butt cheeks. When they reach the "finish" they must deposit the quarter into a cup, or marked goal first to be the winner.

tiddlywinks 

A hand gesture involving mostly the index, middle and ring fingers moving up and down rapidly.

It is similar to a type of handshake.

The idea of "toesies" was brought about by tiddlywinks as well, but that gesture refers to the toes.

Tiddlywinks 

Typically derogatory within a certain culture, subject, or "Matter at hand". When labeling someone as Tiddlywinks, you are primarily mentioning the aspects of their idiotic breadth of being an absolutely pussy .

Jimmy - "So what the hell is Frank doing over there? I don't know what the hell is going on.. "

Thomas - "Got absolutely no idea Jimmy, he's off in fuckin' Tiddlywink land or something, he's a fucking retard Jimmy.."

Frank - "Hey guys! Hahaha, I was playing GTAV the other day, and I put a bunch of C4's on some cop cars, hehee and they went BOOOOMM"
