The act of placing a stun-gun or Taser down ones pants humping the face of another with ones crotch. Whilst doing so, the Taser or stun-gun is turned on and shocks the victim in the face. The victim is generally knocked unconscious. It is not recommended that the victim be shocked more than once; however, t-bagging may continue after the victim has been shocked.
