Having an especially satisfying bowel movement. Can also just mean taking a shit. Named after a man that has bowel movements over 10 times a day. "I just took a Tucker and I feel better already". It can also be used when experiencing pain. "My stomach is killing me, I think I need to take a Tucker". I'm "taking a Tucker" and somebody comes in and interupts me!
