Like weed, or pot, squeef is another word for marijuana. This word has apparently been confused with queef, but it has nothing to do with the sound of air being squeezed out of the vaginal canal.

Usually associated with bat wings and those with a hairless scrotum, a scqueef (a male queef) occurs when the scrotum becomes attached to the inner thigh, usually due to excessive sweating, and traps a pocket of air. The trapped air is forcibly removed, while walking or jogging, from its scrotal pocket creating a farting sound. Scqueefs are imppossible to predict.
