An extension of the sexual maneuver pterodactyl. When a female engages in sexual acts with four males (potentially maximum simultaneous capacity) in the doggy style position, one male member is taken in either hand, one in the mouth, and one from behind. A fifth participating male is potentially possible, although not recommended.
So I walked in on my girl being pterodactyled, so I climbed up behind her and went in for the super pterodactyl.
