A combination of 3 words:

Standard - all the same
Random - don't know them
Mandem - guys

which describes the typical guys that you see everywhere that you don't know. Especially used when you meet a guy for the first time and they appear to be just like every other guy.

Strondom 

Strondom- A contraction of STRaw and cONDOM- the little condom like piece of straw wrapper that the restaurant or bar staff leaves on the straw when they bring you a drink.

Excuse me waitress, Could you get me another drink? This one doesn't have a strondom, and I practice safe drinking.

Random Scrandom McDandom 

A random scrandom mcdandom is similiar to a randy bk. Each word has it's own little meaning and forms togeher as an insult commonly in a video game. A random is usually a small adolescent child that is very random and possibly annoying at the same time. A scrandom is similar to a shmo or bk, meaning that they are not good at what they are doing. Finally, a mcdandom is most likely someone who eats too much fatty foods such as McDonalds. All together the word means to be an overweight, random, unskilled player in a video game.

Wow, this kid won't shut up about getting a happy meal from McDonalds and his voice is way too high; he didn't even get more kills than deaths... this kid must be a random scrandom mcdandom!

n. someone who thinks they are awesome, but in fact noone even remotely like them, nor are they remotely good at the game.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Origin circa 2005 MLG becoming popular many people who merely spectated MLG events thought they were pro, when in fact they were just random xbl kids. This popularized the word random. The adaption of the word scrandom took 3 years to develop with the onset of halo 3 random didn't cut it anymore words were fusioned to express the hate for randoms. Stupid Random Cunt thus the word scrandom.
