An extremely effective heckle, often shouted at towards pedestrians from the open window of an SUV, by predominantly white males. Usually leaves the receiver of such a heckle in a state of perplexity, as the phrase itself doesn't mean much. One of the greatest heckles ever. White boy in a SUV: STICK IT TO THE MAN!!!!!!!
