Speech that is readable by some, but not all, persons. Often used in public address systems for secret communications within a spy network.
The man who owns firstname.lastname@example.org reads public steganophony and found the word used once on a Russian website combined with the word Programma in Cyrillic. That computer program is enemy technology to the Unted States of America.
