29. Hell
The feeling between guilt and pride when you've done something wrong, the feeling your mind brings upon you in punishment of intentional wrongdoings, the feeling that consumes all life, and the -!temporary!- feeling that will teach us in the afterlife.

"God"'s constructive criticism.

Life is like a standardized test. The grade is only for self reference.

30. Accountability
Noun: a meaningless term applied to State Standardized testing; generally used to make politicians sound important.
State Senator: Wow, the only student who can't read is the one who never showed up to class all year! We need more accountability for the teachers that did not track that child down and force them to learn.

31. Waldorfian
adj. Used to describe a student of the Washington Waldorf School. A school where ungrateful children of the revolutionary hippie generation are "forced" to go. It is cool to bitch about Waldorf and to never actually take the effort or initiative to leave the school. The only people who appreciate the school are the ones who have seen education outside it, or just smart students who look outside the student-induced bubble of Waldorf.

There are many misconceptions about Waldorf, like the amusing but untrue rumours about rampant LSD and weed use among the students (the teachers are another story). And beeswax is not considered the ultimate engineering material by Waldorfians. And Waldorf is not attempting to return the world into a scientifically prehistoric era.

General definition of Waldorf Student: One who has not been able to deal with large social situations outside of Waldorf and has switched only because they will then have "friends", even though said friends are forced to spend every schoolday with them. Orrrrr random people who end up at Waldorf by some Bermuda Triangle fluke. Orrrrrr people who hate Whitman and needed to get a broader and more personal education.

Orrrrr Amrita Campell the bitch who gets away with everything and takes the school for granted like its her job. She needs her own definition. Initiative anyone?
Public School Ignoramus/Thinks One's Intelligence Is Shown Solely In Standardized Tests: Duuude, Waldorfians are hippies yo.

Educated Human: Maybe you should stop worshipping the "highest in the country" tests scores at Whitman and read some classic literature like Neitsche or Locke that has shaped the culture you live in.

Public School Novelty Whore: Can I use clifnotes?

Person: Can you jump in front of a train?
32. ETS
1. Stand for Evil Testing Satan! (or, if you want to be correct, Educational Testing Service. They make such crap as the SAT and others like it. Although a universal and standardized test is needed, surely there can be something better than the SAT. (The ACT is made by another company so it is much better but it could use some work too, although not nearly the same amount)
I have to take the SAT put on by the Evil Testing Satan!!!!
33. PSSA
Pointless stupid assessment test. A test on which the government of Pennsylvania requires all students to achieve a proficient score. Since some stupids are bad at standardized tests, they are placed in "academic skills" courses. The even put the scores on your college transcript.
I have the impossible PSSA test next week.

34. racism
noun: 1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
3. commonly used by minorities to get what they want because they can't earn it themselves
He thinks that just because he's white, that makes him better than me.

Because of racism and AA, the minorities can get into better colleges than the white people who get the same grades on standardized tests.

It is not racist to say that black people score lower on standardized test than white people if it is true.

The real reason why there are derogatory terms for white people but none for black people on urbandictionary.com

35. boilerplate
1. The standardized, non-specific parts of a contract; the fine print that gets tacked on by lawyers to protect themselves and their clients.

2. The unsubscription notice at the bottom of bulk emails from the spam operations that bother to pretend that they comply with the CANSPAM legislation. (first used by Paul Graham in his groundbreaking essays on spam)

Origin: The American Press Association shared its building with a sheet-iron processing plant when it was founded 1892. Chicago printers dubbed the noisy American Press offices a boilerplate factory, and boilerplate became the word used to refer to the third-rate filler that the syndicated news agency turned out.
