using the bathroom while on the phone. direct relationship with the advent of cordless phones and cell phones especially, particularly in da club.
Caller: "Where you at?"
Callee: "Um, in the bathroom--do you care if I make this a stall call?"
A practical solution to an impractical schedule, but a good way to get hung up on, and your number blocked.
No, I'm not making a stall call! Now, how about we go out toni... (P-f-f-f-f-p-p-p-t... grunt... splash!) (click - bzzzzz!)
(dup-dup-dup-dup-dup-dup-dup... br-r-r-r-ng! br-r-r-r-ng! br-r-r-r-ng! br-r-r-r-ng!) Aw, come on! Pick up the phone! You were just there!
knowing that you have a large amount of work to do, and hoping that it will go away by calling a friend and talking to them for a number of hours.
(mother) "arent you supposed to be working?"
(daughter) "um... i was just calling-"
(mother) "in other words, you were making a stall call"
While you are at work, or out and about, and your bladder signals to you that you need to use the restroom. If you have to go you have to go.
We were out at the mall when I felt the stall call urge. So I took care of my issues and went to the bathroom.
