Someone who is incredibly sketchy, often referred to as "Stalker" that will climb endless amounts of stairs to peek into your bedroom at night. Sometimes someone who can read your mind and knows what you will say before you say it.

Whenever you use Facebook or a similar site to stalk someone, and then use that information in a conversation with them online(AIM). Or use it to call them out on it.
