Specks of Freckles. A sparingly amount of freckles.

Someone with freckles is usually described as "covered" with freckles. That is kinda harsh, so if someone just has a few freckles, then he or she has Specks-o-Frecks.

One time I went to a TJ Maxx and on the intercom an employee said that 50% of purchases were going to be donated to Autism Speaks. I left immediately to Target. The store sucked anyways.
