a derogatory name for a northeasterner who dresses like a cholo. swagcity can usually be seen wearing a lot of ridiculous plaid, and either a bandana or backwards hat. while not exactly counter-culture dress, it's certainly not mainstream style either, but the wearer usually carries himself or herself with a lot of confidence, i.e., swag. term originated at duke university.

The measure of swag produced in a given amount of time. Swagocity(SG) is equivalent to swag(sg) on a scale of ten divided by time(T) in minutes. SG= sg/T

Stagnacity
Regardless of how fast society is changing, many people are stuck in the stagnacity of old mindsets. They are opposed to change and are stagnaceous in their protests. Many have the stagnacity to firmly verbalize beliefs that the old ways still work best for them. Some people are full of stagnacity, and may demonstrate little desire to change or move forward for personal growth.
