One who sneaks around sniffing young girls bicycle seats shortly after they have taken a ride. Many to be found in Halford's car park and outside brownie camps/school bikesheds. Tricycles are not off the menu either. I met a smeggler this evening and he told me he'd fluked into a plethora of prime sweaty saddle. He was loving it.
