A low quality or out of date computer unable to run demanding processes.
Even a “current” computer can be considered a slagbox if it has insufficient resources to run powerful applications such as hardcore GIS or CAD. Could run these apps but too slowly. Are you kidding? I can’t do an analysis on the property parcels for the entire county…my machine is a total slagbox.
