The name of a disorder brought about by excessive skanksivity, manifested by the wearing of bad boots, usually combined with muffin top and/or sequins and/or jeggings or see through clothing. Uggs, over the knee boots, furry boots, and heavily buckled or spike heel boots are all signs of infection.
