Silvermask

Silvermasking is a fraternity sex game played on girls by frat guys. One frat brother begins having sex with a girl in private. In the middle of intercourse, other frat brothers burst into the room wearing nothing but masks made of tinfoil and tinfoil covering their genitals. The silvermasked frat brothers dance around the copulating couple, typically having the effect of seriously freaking out the girl. The reaction of the frat brother who is engaged in intercourse could range from embarrassment, to anger, to unabashed hilarity -- mostly depending on whether he was expecting the prank or not. Silvermasking is purported to have been a common prank (maybe invented?) at the SAE fraternity at the University of Illinois in the mid-1990's.
"Hey, I hear you hooked up with that Chi-O hottie last night!"
"Yeah, but those senior bastards silvermasked me in the middle of it. I mean, it *was* really damn funny, but I am kind of pissed that the interrupted an ruined one of my most epic hook-ups ever."

Silverette

A character in anime or manga who has silver hair. Most commonly used for good-looking guys as they most commonly are the ones with silver hair, but some general characters are also silverettes.
Sephiroth from FFVII, Riku from Kingdom Hearts, Zero from Vampire Knight and Kakashi Hatake from Naruto are all well-known silverettes in the anime and manga world.

Silvermark

Silvermark is a silver streak of hair which is commonly found at front hairline (right or left-hand side where the forehead and hairline meet). A Silvermark can appear at a young age (as ealry as 7 years old) and its known to be hereditary - it is very likely that others in the family tree (genealogically speaking) proudly display the mark. There is a myth whereby some believe there is meaningful connection among all Silvermarks - a pedigree mark which can be traced back for centuries. This birthmark can be found in men, women, and children in each of the 194 independent countries around the world. A Silvermark on many occasions has been perceived to carry an air of mystery, charisma, and charm and in some countries for centuries, a silver streak of hair has been called a witch's streak.
Stacy London of "What Not to Wear" has the unique and “very distinguished” Silvermark and like most who have it, she's had hers since she was a child.

Silversun Pickups

An American Indie Rock Band From Los Angeles California Who Signed with Dangerbird Records.

The current band lineup consists of Brian Aubert (lead vocals/guitar), Nikki Monninger (bass/vocals), Christopher Guanlao (drums), and Joe Lester (keyboards). The band members are friends who had played together previously or in mutual friends' bands.

The band originated in L.A.'s Silver Lake music scene home of Elliott Smith, Rilo Kiley and others. They were originally called A Couple Of Couples. Their current name comes from a liquor and convenience store near their house at Sunset and Silver Lake Blvds in Los Angeles. In interviews, however, the band often say their name is more of "a state of mind," supposedly from living so close to everything an L.A.-based indie rock band would need late at night. For Pikul, fellow Silverlaker Tanya Haden was enlisted to play cello.

The band's sound, often encompassing multiple overdubs of distorted guitars, is frequently compared to that of The Smashing Pumpkins, while the band members have said they are heavily influenced by artists such as My Bloody Valentine, the Velvet Underground, Elliott Smith, Sonic Youth, Sweet, Modest Mouse, and Secret Machines as well as numerous other artists with lesser publicity; especially "by songs like 'Rhinoceros' from Gish by The Smashing Pumpkins and 'The Diamond Sea' from 'Washing Machine' by Sonic Youth"

Jonathan Silverman exit

To be fired because you sent a email to a coworker about wanting to take a shit on someone's chest.

Modernized, but coined by the actor who told a director he would shit on him given a chance.
Steve knew he would have a tough time finding a job after last week's Jonathan Silverman exit.
