| 1. | Civilization II | ||
|
A classic turn-based strategy game created by Sid Meier. Endorsed by world leaders like Vlad Putin, George Bush and Saddam. Still modded and played by a small, Illuminati-like online cabal. True believers consider CIV2 the best of the series. Back in the glory days, CIV2 was as infamous as Morrowind for robbing players of whole days, weeks and months of their lives. Civilization II player's chant: "Just...One...More...Turn!"

| 2. | civ3 | ||
|
The most amazing strategy game on the planet. Created by da man Sid Meijer, it lets you start out as one man creating a capital in the middle of the wilderness. Once you take out all the barbarians, you can advance to the middle and industrial ages and build mass tank forces to take over your rival countries. The best country is Egypt by gaining an industrial and religious benefit. You can also advance to the nuclear age and blow everyone up with ICBM's, it is great. I'm going home to play civ3 today and take over the world.

1) The human institution by which a group of people come together for protection, the gathering of food, trade, the raising of young, and through this, create, share, and spread a common culture.
2) A large group of people who share a common culture. 3) Created by Sid Meier, a series of turn-based strategy computer games which charges the player with doing (1) to create a world dominant (2). Highly addictive and widely played. Used unwisely, causes the Civilization affect, which has ruined many careers. 1) The savages realized that they could survive in the harsh world by living together and helping each other survive. They formed a civilization.
2) One thousand years later, the descendents of those savages had formed a set of morals and beliefs distinct from their fellows. 3) One of those descendents lost any and all hopes of becoming a dentist through the use of Civilization. |

| 5. | imbriglicated | ||
|
Imbriglicated is a made-up word used by domain governors in the real-time strategy game Sid Meier's Pirates!. It suffices as a past-tense verb with multiple meanings, most generally suited to expressing gratitude at meeting someone. The feel of the word is intentionally ambiguous to allow for maximum room in interpretation. "Jex is imbriglicated by your proposal, accepting only certain terms while discarding others."
