The set of chairs or bench at the front of a store. This is where men who are with their women can sit to avoid as much of shoping experience as possible. The dudes will wait there until picked up on the womans way out of the store. "Honey, I'll wait for you here at the dude bench."
Wolf went to the outlet mall with his SO (significant other), but spent most of the time on a dude bench watching other female shoppers. "Sweetie, I'm tired so I'm take a rest on the dude bench." |

|
Something that's engrossing and addictive, but that keeps you from doing things that are actually important, like earning a living, or eating meals, or caring for your children. "Ever since I got on Facebook I haven't been able to stay away. I'm spending hours on it each day -- it's a total time suck, but I can't stop! Grocery shopping and laundry will have to wait.

When someone initiates an invitation to someone for an event without crucial information. The person invited is led on to believe they are actually going to attend the said event, and is unable to attend due to intentional avoidance and/or disinformation. Frank, "Hey Jon, Why didn't you go to the party last Friday?" Jon, "I was uninvited by everyone on facebook, so I didn't know how to get there."
Sally, "Hey Tam, Pat wants to come with us shopping on Saturday. Should I uninvite that hoe?" Tam, "Yeah, tell her to meet us at the mall on Friday." |
