The placement of several sections of toilet paper on and around a public toilet seat, layer upon layer, before sitting down to take a dump or piss, in a paranoid attempt to avoid non-existent toilet seat germs.

Highly fibrous or buoyant shits will remain partially exposed to the air in the center of the nest, allowing them to pollute the surrounding air quality, and penetrate the nostrils of others in the area.
