A place you don't want to be. This place may exhibit any combination of the following characteristics:
1. a high crime rate 2. a plethora of sketchy characters (aka thugs) 3. dark alleys or blind corners 4. the presence of metal detectors or rent-a-cops 5. instills a fear of you gettin' jacked Ladies, if you have to ask a guy to walk you to your car for safety reasons (and not because you want to make out with him) ... the place is definitely shady. I don't care that parking garage has decent lighting, it is shady from midnight to 6 am. Why else would they need a rent-a-cop?
The G-bar over in downtown is shady. Even my buddy Ian, who's pretty much a thug, got jacked there. Ken went to a shady high school. Really, how shady? So shady they put metal detectors at the doors his freshmen year. |

I'm never there when I'm supposed to be but I'm always on time. You can say I'm a creeper. I don't like to be in the same place for too long. I like to keep my hood up. I have an excuse for everything. You find it hard to trust me. I have multiple personalities. I text people on my phone that aren't friends of yours. I have few friends but many acquaintances. I'm easy going. I'm pretty sneaky. I take lots of short cuts when traveling. I'll come and go like wind. I like to listen, and give you a blank stare while you talk. You'll never know what I'm thinking. I don't take very much seriously. I'll say anything to get your trust. I probably won't abuse it but if i have to i won't hesitate. I'll gossip with you and about you when your not around. Sure I'm a backstabber... I don't snitch, but i have dirt on everyone. I'm perfectly fine with myself. I'm independent. I hate being called out. Some say I'm shy but I'm just shady... John: "where is greg? He's going to be late!"
