Rata Serpiente 

An individual in an work setting with habits of a rat and snake. The rata serpiente utilizes the strongest attributes of the snake and rat to improve status, position, or prestige. Although they may seem harmless, the rata serpiente has a venom that paralyzes its prey with its hypodermic fangs and long meaningless conversations. The rata serpiente will always attack when prey is not looking or in low light situations. The fangs are retractable to allow the sucking of penises to improve power, while their scales coil and warm the balls, and the tail may be used tickle the anus.
