secacious 

secacious is an adjective expressing general displeasure and annoyance.

It can be used in almost any form as long as it is implied as a negative. However, it cannot be used as an adverb such as "secaciousLY".

This computer is being secacious.
My friend is being secacious about the situation.

A living thing, notably an animal or person, who supposedly thinks about doing something from others’ perspectives
Within the last year, the only two people who wore purple shirts died from the tiger. A third person wearing purple came, and that tiger definitely soquacious. (inference that person will die too)
