Descriptive noun for an email written all in capital letters (i.e., full-blown capslock) with optional poor grammar; may or may not actually be emotionally charged, but regardless one feels affronted when presented with such an email. A departing signature is also optional. 1. Did you see that screamail I got from my TA? I thought she was pissed off, but I guess she just doesn't know to turn off capslock.
