mostly misunderstood. the scooter is like a small motorcycle. cc ranges from 50cc-150cc+. though labled as "gay", "retarted" or flat out "dumb" it is the single most useful two wheeled transport ever made. also can be modified to out run any sport motorcycle such as the suzuki hybuasa which does 0-60 in about 3 seconds. a proberly tuned scooter can do this in 3 seconds however saves time by not needed to shift gears so it is very possable. scot: that "scooter" is so gay get a real bike.
