A phrase started in late Chicago that can be used as a greeting, goodbye, or thank you. Similar to Glooks.

"Aye I got the 8-ball"
"Ite Schmooks on that"

To hardly press a substance using grandma hands, with a fork, or with a pastry cutter, as in cooking or baking.

You must schmook the pie crust so it is soft and flaky.
