n. the state of being partway between single and married; an indefinite period of time where you plan and put off the seemingly inevitable.

For a female partner, this period of time is filled with moodiness, piles of bridal magazines, and excessive showing off to her friends and family. She alternates between showering you with grateful affection and mercilessly hounding you to make sure you "truly love her". Often, the simplest question -- such as "what do you want from the grocery store?" -- provokes a fit of insecurity and accusations about you cheating on her "with that slutty stocker in aisle 9". She will also ask you peculiar and often terrifying questions, such as how many kids you want to have ("six or seven?"), in an attempt to secure certainty of your complete sincerity and fidelity.

At other times, she will obsessively plan out every detail of your wedding without your explicit consent. Do not be taken aback by her behavior -- she has had practice with this since she started fantasizing about her wedding at about the age of seven.

You will also often see her surrounded by other women, usually her close friends and members of her family, all weeping in joy or clamoring to see that damned expensive ring you got her. International British School in Bogota, Colombia. The school is full of wealthy kids. The yearly tuition at the school costs almost the same as that of private colleges. Many students have personal drivers and sometimes bodyguards.

Many of them end up going to college in other parts of the world, including: the US, UK, France, Germany, Australia, Korea, Canada, Japan, etc. During Middle School they take the British GCSE's and during High School they take IBs. All students are 100% bilingual and many of them are trilingual.

The faculty members at the school are primarily British and very talented. They are also, however, crazy. It is common to see the British faculty partying with underaged students: drinking at bars, drinking at a teacher's home, and there have been quite a few scandals of teachers sleeping or hooking up with students (even on the middle of the dance floor during prom!).

After the year 2000 the school suffered a slight decline in prestige due to the high number of "new rich" enrolling. The "old wealth" at the school was not happy.

Tony Blair has been to war more times than almost all of his predecessors for no apparent reason and has managed to undo the hardwork of a good number of them. Since he got into power unemployment has risen, the NHS has deteriorated, and Britain has given up part of its EU rebate.
He has put large amounts of tax payers money into pointless venture such as the millenium dome which has since closed down and his government even pours millions of pounds a year into the eurovision song contest which is only watched for comedy value by the majority of it's British viewers. And while all this money is being wasted half the NHS trusts are in debt, not to mention the amount of money being cut from other public services.
I could go on for pages about what Blair has not only done to Britain (education, police, national security, unemployment, imigration, the amount of men and women in the armed forces who have been killed, illegal wars, the amount of members of his government that have been involved in scandals ect) and the problems he has caused the rest of the world, but if I do this will be never ending.

Tiverton's most finest have for the majority originated from Nonquit School (R.I.P). However T.M.S is where all the schools came together. and it got real scandalous. Schools such as Ranger and Poccassett, taught the wholesome kids of Nonquit dirty words, how to grind, and about recreational drug use. Lets face it Poccassett is straight up trashy. TMS is where some of us had our first slow dance or lost our virginity at the Friday night dances. while a certain bald man sat on the stage and tried to peak down girls shirts. Nelly OWNED middle school dances and the drama was comparable to the OC. We all loved those awkward years. Upon graduating from TMS and completing our finals years of puberty we were all a little more bad ass upon entering THS. What can we say, stabbings? bomb threats? mold? random evacuations?
One glorious day though, the clouds opened up and the heavens shined down on little Tiverton. And there was HESS express. where friends meet. a meeting place for when parties are broken up by the cops or to grab some mixers or some gas on your way to cruise the Ave.
Its believed that beer pong actually originated in Tiverton and if thats not true we sure were raised on it. Theres nothing like skipping classes on a hott day and heading to a friends house while there parents are at work for a quick game. And if that's not an option head over to Grenells where you can find condoms burried in the sand.

n. The granddaddy of the modern political scandal. Also used to refer to scandals similar to Watergate. For the press to compare a scandal to Watergate, the following conditions must be met:
1) It must be of national importance.
2) It must involve the executive branch in some way.
3) Someone outside the media must refer to it as
"a new Watergate" or, "the next Watergate".
4) Should increase angry rants against the
people involved by at least 20%.
If a scandal meets three of these conditions, it may be be given the suffix -gate but the word Watergate must remain out of the article. If it meets two of these conditions, it may be given its own name, such as "Iran-contra affair". If it meets only one of these conditions, it is refered to as "standard political procedure".

Thirty-ninth President of the U.S., seving from 1977 - 81, and most likely the last U.S. President with real integrity we will see in our lifetimes. Though he was unable to solve a number of domestic issues, he was a true world leader and put human rights on the map.
