Ryuhou

ryuhou is a man worked in the military named HOLD.He is a strict man with serious belief in retribution.He grabs the native alters to imprison them for there criminal deeds or doing.He encounters a man named kazuma which will change his life forever,and will send him in a destiny to become the transcended one like kazuma.He is an alter and controls a human like entity with metallic wires and its body is made of the unknown metallic alloy but flexible to move like a human.

Ryuhou represents justice.he is the rival of kazuma
