7. east greenwich
One of the best places on the planet to live. East Greenwich is a quaint village in the center of Rhode Island nestled on an inlet of Narragansett Bay. Residents of the town are generally split into two groups, townies and everyone else. Townies generally live in the area of town south of post road, and east of first ave. They are generally lower income from the rest of the towns more affluent residents. They have a mix of wigger and cranston in their demenor. They are tough to the bone, and won't back down from a fight. They have an excellent basketball team, that can be seen running the courts at Eldridge in the Summer, and at Open Gym on Mondays in the winter. East Greenwich boasts one of the top notch High School Football programs in all of Rhode Island. Utilizing the famed wing T offense, the Avengers have been a strong program for over 50 years. East Greenwich also boasts a nightlife second to none, with such establishments as The Oaks, The EG Hotel, Norman's, and The End Zone.
