The relative with all of the money, who believes that any tax is too high, no matter how reasonable. He employs legions of tax accountants to avoid paying any tax at all. A rich uncle is characterized by notorious stinginess and a Scrooge-like attitude toward the unemployed, the orphaned, the poor, and the elderly.
