In the case of a male specimin, it refers to an unprincipled, alcohol dependant sociopath. The female specimins, however, are far more dangerous and should only be approached with a piece of chocolate/bottle of vodka that can be thrown in the opposite direction, at any given moment, in order that one has a remote chance of making a getaway. I perchanced to be peacefully attempting to exit a drinking establishment of ill repute when a retallick happened to block my path. Realising that I was in a mortally threatening situation, I made haste about throwing a miniature bottle of The Old Famous Grouse Whiskey into the blazing fireplace and was propelled out of the said establishment by the resulting alcohol induced explosion.
