Referral of a patient to a sub specialty physician to give the primary physician a break. Often these patients have unsolvable problems.

3. Law reprieve: A temporary stay of execution of a criminal.

The woman was given some days of respite, she didn't have to work for some days after what happened.

reshitting 

Reshitting is the act of taking your partner's stool, putting it into a freezer until it is hard.
Then inserting it into your own anus. Then when it warms, you push it out, thus "reshitting" what your partner has created for you to experience.
