Refers to property that exists in the virtual world, that which is "unreal," as opposed to "real" property that exists in the corporeal world. The earliest usage of the term was as the title of the 1976 film "Surreal Estate" (originally titled "Sérail") by Eduardo de Gregorio. Now it is used to refer to property that exists on the World Wide Web (e.g. domains, websites). It has also been used to refer to real estate that is owned by the rich and famous. Example 1: Facebook.com is a prime piece of surreal estate.

1. A derisive term for older suburbs that are declining into poverty. The word is a combination of "Slum" and "Suburbia." 2. The bleak future for many aging American suburbs. 3. What happens when people refuse to take urban planning seriously. Slumburbia is almost always found in large metro areas. As middle-class residents move farther and farther away from the urban core, the closer-in suburbs start to deteriorate. Property values fall leading to reduced local tax revenue, decreased public services, declining schools and increasing crime, especially gang activity. This vicious circle continues for years until the suburb itself is no longer distinguishable from the large city it borders. Examples of Slumburbia: Hamtramck, Michigan; Somerville, Massachusetts; Camden, New Jersey; and Compton, California. My hometown is turning into Slumburbia. You can hear gunfire there almost every night.

Verb past participle: Realteered A persons who derive income from Real Estate Services such as Salesperson, Broker, Appraiser, Consultant, Assessor, Developer, Dealer, Administrator, and Educator who is granted by the servicemark owner the privilege to use the title REALTER or abbreviated title RLTR, subject to the REALTER Service Quality Standard Certification or REALTER Professional Seal of Excellence of the servicemark owner. The main purpose of Mr. Rebisko's visit to the landowner is purely to realteer the property.
Mr. Rebisko's realteering without license was complained by local Realters to the IPORESP Anti-Colorum Task Force led by Rltr. Andres Bonifacio. Rltr. Bonifacio was able to prove to the court that Mr. Rebisko, in fact realteered the property owned by the widow. Because Mr. Rebisko have no professional license to perform the profession of a Realter, the court meted him with a penalty of 4 years imprisonment and a fine of P200,000. |

The financial services and real estate industry has totally JECKED-UP the ability of the American consumer to have basic economic residential shelter that provides safe and comfortable homes for the American family.
