Radqueer
Radqueer is an umbrella term for a small community of people who believe that (what they classify as) all good faith identities should be accepted and acknowledged in the queer community and queer spaces. People who identify as Radqueer support identities that are not often accepted, such as people with paraphilia’s, endogenic/tulpagenic systems, transabled, transracial, and transage identities.
The general consensus from the queer community as a whole, especially the trans and disabled communities is that Radqueer identities are of poor faith and should not be accepted or normalized under the queer communities name.

Radqueer
This is a term you'll see in Twitter and Tumblr bios. Originally meant radically queer, but has since been co-opted by people that support gross nasty shit like zoophilia, pedophiles, and trans-race/trans-age.
*Not to be confused with Radically Inclusive or Radinclus, which means a user supports all queer labels, even the contradictory or ridiculous ones (xenogenders, otherkin, neopronouns, mspec lesbians), but not ones which are bigoted or cause harm to others. (Superstraight, "MAPs", trans-race, zoophiles, etc)

Radqueer, aka radical queer, is an ideology that believes all "good faith" identities are valid, such as transid, transracial, and paraphilias.
Most radqueers are "pro contact" in regards to paraphilias, including pedophilia. Many radqueers want the age of consent lowered or abolished, because they see it as oppressive to minors. Radqueers are also often pro contact in regards to necrophilia and zoophilia.

Radqueer is a whole rabbit hole where paraphiliacs (pedophiles, zoophiles, necrophiles, etc) and transIDs attempt to garner sympathy and acceptance by using similar language to the LGBTQ community. They try to appeal to people's feelings by acting like an oppressed group in society that needs more acceptance.
It should be HEAVILY noted that most of us in the LGBTQ community do not support these people.
A transID is something such as transage, transrace, or transabled. A white girl living in America who identifies as Japanese would be an example of a transID. In this case, transrace.
A paraphiliac is someone with unusual sexual interests. It can be anything from mildly weird to illegal. More prolific examples would be pedophiles, zoophiles, necrophiles, etc.
This all falls under the umbrella of the radqueer movement.
It should be HEAVILY noted that most of us in the LGBTQ community do not support these people.
