Lateral raises is an exercise movement usually with a dumbbell, the lateral raise builds the lateral deltoid which is your shoulder but can also target the upper traps, the lateral raise can be done by raising your arm in the scapular plane with some type of resistance usually a light dumbbell

Raissa 

Raissa is not a common name, it is a name given to a female. Raissa is attractive in many ways. People always tend to envy her but she doesn't let it get to her head.
