Basically the definition of a Pumboy is someone that has a pretty dank neckbeard, plays extreme amounts of Pokemon, snails around in overly ridiculously 'I'm here, nerdy and queer' Starwars pajamas and has a strange obsession with John Cena.

Similar to a Proposition, but one that is incredibly difficult to refuse and often takes precedence over any plan already in force.

"Ere Jon, wanna come to the pub after work?"
