A proposition on the 2010 ballot in California that will finally allow for persons 21 and older to legally purchase, sell (with proper licensing), and consume marijuana. It will be a huge step in curtailing the extremely deadly drug wars, allow the state of California to get millions in tax revenue, make pot harder for children to get, and create jobs.
Idiot: Prohibition is so wonderful. Isn't it awesome that the drug war has claimed 28,000 lives in Mexico so far? I love cartels, billions spent locking non violent offenders up, and lost revenue for the state. I'm totally going to vote no on Prop 19! Protect the children from having easy access to weed!
Sane Person: Prohibition has been an unmitigated failure. Billions are lost in tax revenue, we needlessly lock up people for smoking a plant, pot is easier to get than alcohol for those under 21, and tens of thousands have died from the drug wars. Enough is enough. Yes on Prop 19!
Failed. Now we have to wait another two years.
Bob: Hey Joe, Prop 19 failed, I can't fucking believe it...
Joe: Time to go light one up.
Prop in California to be voted on NOVEMBER 2010 to LEGALIZE marijuana. And end arrests of innocent people.
BE SURE TO VOTE IF YOUR IN CALI AND REGISTER IF YOUR NOT ALREADY.
Cop-" Hey you smoking dat J get on the ground and spread your shit!"

same cop- " hey you smoking that J....."
same citizen- " oink oink porky..cant touch this"
A new term for Marijuana (weed) named after a ballot in California to legalize marijuana, even though the proposition did not pass.
Man I smell some prop 19, it smells like a yes vote!
A failed attempt to legalize recreational use of cannabis in California. It would have helped out California's economic problems by increasing the state revenue, as well as possibly lowering casualties in the ongoing drug war.
The people who voted yes to Prop 19 were apparently just BLOWING SMOKE, LOL. Get it? Blowing smoke? LOL
Taking the US Term Proposition 19 ( the legalization of marijuana ) and using it as a phrase when one is going to smoke marijuana
Man i Prop 19'd So Hard Last Night
